Camping Turist – Grabovac, Plitvice Lakes

Campsite Turist is situated in small village Grabovac in near vicinity or Rakovica. Established in 1968, campsite Turist Grabovac is one of the oldest camping grounds in the area.

Being on just 8 km from the entrance to National Park Plitvička jezera, the campsite is ideally located for people who would like to visit the Park or its surroundings.

Landscaped by pine and fir trees (see photo) Turist covers the area of about 4 hectares. The campsite can accommodate up to 200 people in 50 pitches some adjusted for larger or much smaller tents as well as for motorhomes and caravans. There are also some rooms, mobile homes, camping trailers and tents available for rent.

The facilities include access for disabled people, own small restaurant and shop, swimming pool,  tennis courts, kitchen facilities, wc/showers, washing machines, washrooms, refrigerators, electricity connections…

Parking places are available as part of the site. Pets are welcome.

Camping ground Turist is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts – activities in the vicinity of the campsite include rafting and canoeing on the river Mrežnica, cycling trails as well as numerous walking and hiking routes in the area.

The campsite is opened from May to September.
