Lastovo Island Camping
Lastovo is an island located in Southern Dalmatia. It is well known as it is also part of protected Lastovo Nature Park, consisting of 44 smaller and larges islands and islets. As this is one of the remotest islands in the Adriatic Sea, the island has dramatic coastline as well as nice and clean beaches.
There are several ferry connections with Lastovo from Split and Vela Luka, which are in service all year round, while ferry line with Dubrovnik, Mljet and Korcula are in service during summer season only. The island is served by local bus network which can be infrequent.
There is at the present only one camping site on the island of Lastovo – Campsite Skriveni (see below) located at the slopes above Skrivena Luka bay. This camping ground has basic facilities such as electricity and water, use of kitchen and WC/shower rooms.
Another camping option in Lastovo Archipelago is a mini, family-run campsite at Mrčara Island, part of Pension Mrčara.
